Burst: If you break all your rituals at once you're bound to have an anxiety burst before it begins to decrease. Have you tried cutting one behavior at a time vs all or nothing or trying to quarantine your cod behaviors to specific times of the day first? Some find a step down approach is easier while others need to engage in an all or nothing approach.
