Treating OCD: Be assured that you are addressing your OCD symptoms in the correct way. Choosing not to give into OCD rituals is a key part of the Exposure-and-Response Prevention therapy that is used to treat OCD. The anxiety will subside, and allowing yourself to wait it out (as hard as that may be) and proving that to yourself is part of the recovery process. It will get easier over time.

Plan: Too many unknown factors to give you professional answer. Please be more precise next time. Understand that once done or undone ritual/event can not predict future.

A mental health: Professional needs to diagnose ocd. Symptoms may include a fear that something bad is going to happen if you don't, e.g., more a certain way, say certain words, count things, rituals, etc. Psychological and/or medical help can be effective. Professional treatment can use response prevention but do so w/pro support. Peace and good health.
