Headache : Hard to tell. If you are experiencing a headache, dizziness, sensitivity to light and noise, etc you could have a concussion. I would see your doc if symptoms persist. Till then rest.

How do you feel now?: If you are having neck pain, headache, confusion, nausea, visual changes, or any other neurological changes such as weakness or numbness, you should go to the ER for further evaluation. If you are not having any of those symptoms, it is safe to watch for now, and get seen if anything new develops. If you feel unsafe around your friend, seek help from domestic violence counselors or police.
