Twitchy : Doubt anything serious. Maybe a muscle spasms. Just watch for now. If you develop signs of shortness of breath, fever, etc then see your doc.

Get exam: Tough to say without an exam. Please see your Doctor and they should be able to differentiate between your back muscles and your lungs through a general exam. Best wishes.
