Can hitting your eardrum with a qtip cause infection? i have a fullness in my ear and pain. conserved about infection and hearing loss.

Usually not but: the question is whether the chicken or the egg comes first. Did you use the Qtip because something was not right with that ear? If so, it may just be a progression of the ear infection. Although unlikely it is also possible that you might have injured your ear drum with the QTip. Best to consult your physician.
