My daughter is suffering from gastroenteritis. her stomach/upper abdomen is hard n uncomfortable and she has a hard time releasing gas. what is wrong?

Your: daughter need evaluation if her stomach is hard. Gastroenteritis usually causes diarrhea and or emesis and abdominal discomfort. Rehydration is the key to avoid electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. Hard stomach needs evaluation
