Better's good but...: Call pediatrician. 5 days of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea is a lot for anyone, especially a 4 year old.

Gastroenteritis.: According to the CDC, viral gastroenteritis usually has a duration of one to ten days (depending on the specific virus). Is she feeling like her self or does she appear ill? Is she holding down fluids and Solids? Is she urinating regularly?. No dizziness when standing? If all, yes' than she likely is healing well.
