ive currently had a cyst on xlose to my vaginal lip for about 5 days. it feels soggy on the top layer but also hard. should i drain it?

NO: Use some warm moist packs about 3=4 times per day.
You could also soak in a warm tub.
If it drains then just keep up with the warm packs, if it does not drain and does not go down in size, then you need to see your DR.
If you try to squeeze it, it will cause a larger area of infection and become much more serious.
