Go to an eye doctor: Get it checked out if you have not already done so. S/he will look under the slit lamp microscopy and determine what is going on. It's speculation for you to keep irritating a scab that may be more than a scab. In any case, it's been on your eyelid long enough. Get a professional opinion now, and rest your mind, and eye!
