Hidradenitis: Hidradenitis suppurativa is an infection of the sweat glands in the areas with hair - armpits and groin. Breasts are "sweat glands" so some women can have problems. Until all the glands are destroyed with surgical or laser removal, the infections can return. Usually a small excision of a strip of skin along the lower end of the breast helps. May need more than one surgery.
