No: Pan may has a label caution to avoid during pregnancy. Dental infection will be controlled by antibiotic but not cured, so you must see Dentist for treatment. Ask Dentist and Obstetric Specialist to communicate directly with each other.

See DDS ASAP: Pregnancy is not a reason to defer dental care or treatment. Dental local anesthesia and treatment are safe and essential during pregnancy. Delaying oral care can have serious consequences. Good luck!
