Work Safety: You need to speak with your employer about work safety for all of your coworkers. Cement dust can cause serious problems and you should wear gloves, goggles and an approved N95 mask to avoid this particulate matter. According to OSHA, you should also make sure you eat in an area that does not contain this dust to avoid ingesting it. Consider a change of profession but protect yourself. Good luck.
