Bartholin's cyst: It's kinda like a pimple in the vaginal area. This is one possibility. Many times, it pops in its own. Other times, it may need to be landed/cut for relief. Another thing you can do that sometimes provides relief is a Sitz bath. Basically, you take a shallow basin/pan, fill it with some warm water; mix in a touch of Epsom salt and soak the perineum in it for about five minutes daily.
