Hard to say for sure: Open sores is concerning for a herpes infection, or other std, or possibly skin abscesses. The fishy-smelling discharge is the classical description of bacterial vaginosis, but with a herpes infection, there may be an exudate (discharge) that develops. I cannot say for sure, but think you should be seen by a doctor.
