See your doctor: An STD is not a likely cause of a single "yellow bump" in the vagina or labia, so no surprise your STD tests (probably gonorrhea and chlamydia, maybe also trichomonas?) were negative. If painless, perhaps some sort of cyst. If painful, it could be a non-STD infection. You need that internal exam. See your doctor. Good luck.
