Testing discharge: Testing of the discharge is needed to find the cause . Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause. It could be others such as yeast infection or sexually transmitted infection. Bump on the vagina lip needs to be looked at it and sexually transmitted disease needs to be ruled out.
