My dog is loud. i measured his barks to over 100 dcb. he barked close to our newborn, two weeks old a couple times. can this damage her hearing?

No effect: Hearing can be damaged in the long run by continuous exposure to high db sound. A few dog barks will not cause any harm. Hopefully the dog had something important to bark at.
