Discuss with doctor: It is important to contact your treating physician to go over you individual results as they have all of the info and not just two BHCG levels. In general though a dropping BHCG level is not consistent with a viable pregnancy. This should be confirmed with your doctor.

Ominous sign: Declining HCG concentrations in early pregnancy are an ominous sign for a non viable pregnancy. A tubal pregnancy should also be considered.
