Not: A big drop at all, it's a plateau. Sorry to say, it's worrisome. Have you confirmed intrauterine pregnancy by ultrasound? If not, you need to asap because plateaus suggest ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. If you have confirmed intrauterine pregnancy 100% with ultrasound, then you can follow prrogress safely. Best wishes.
