Fluid or ascites: Ovarian cancer is notorious for making fluid in the belly by irritating the lining of the organs ( its like a cling wrap around the organs-known as peritoneum). As the cancer grows, there is more fluid which presses on the stomach and other organs and gives a feeling of bloating and early satiety.
