See a doctor: Your doctor would probably recommend you go to the ER. If it feels similar to diverticulitis, then it may be a recurrence. However, there are alternative diagnoses which must be excluded. This would involve blood and urine tests, perhaps a CT scan. Think of any associated symptoms along with the pain which might help your doctor narrow it down too.

See Doctor: I would certainly recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible. Given your symptoms, this may be a recurrence of your diverticulitis and I would recommend antibiotics if that is the case. Your doctor will be able to make that determination.
