I just got my urinalysis back and it had 2+ leukocyte estrace and wbc 6-8. What could this mean?

Had urinalysis. Leukocyte+1 blood trace, rbc 1-5, wbc, 1-5, epithelial **, bacteria few, urine comment yeast. What does this all ,mean no symptoms.?
So now dipstick shows no protein but trace red blood cells! Urinalysis showed trace protein with wbc and leukocyte. Dr said dipstick result doesnt mean much! Does this mean lupus or something?
