Antioxidants: Antioxidants (Vit A,C,E etc) are something we turn to when we think of eating a healthy diet. However, the USPST recommends against using antioxidants Beta Carotene and Vitamin E to prevent cancer or cardiovascular disease. Studies show we have yet to find evidence that antioxidants can prevent cancer or disease.
