Polyneuropathies: For how long?Injury? What was done? How was diagnosis made? if never assessed ER may be first stop , they will make sure it is not acute and then refer you. Could be rotator cuff injury ( usually not acute), MS, disc(infection or slipped), rarely lymphoma(CXR), autoimmune, rarely impingement,vascular, rarely schwanoma. F/u/ w ER
