Congested: If you haven't done these, start with trial of antihistamine and/or nasal steroid. If no help, see allergist, if no allergies see ENT.

I have been having really bad congestion. I do not have a sore throat or any other symptom. My nose is congested every day and every night. I notice when I lay down or sit down for a while my nose gets really blocked.
