Hi, this morning blowing my nose i noticed blood coming out. i am always congested and i use a decongestant spray 2 times a day. should i worry?

YES: Stop using the decongestant nasalspray- it can cause rebound congestion and nasal bleeding due to vasoconstriction. OK to use nasal saline as a nasal rinse. If bleeding persisits see your physician. Decongestant nasal sprays should NEVER be used beyond 48-72 hrs- then discontinue!
