Doctor, why does my nose get congested for a few minutes each and every time after i sneeze? this happens mostly to my left side of my nose.

Nasal congestion: You are sneezing because something is irritating the nose and the irritation is causing congestion and swelling just like an allergy. It may be more noticeable on the left because the left side may be narrower than the right.

Nasal congestion: Sneezing releases mucus into your nasal passage so temporary congestion makes sense. If there is permanent blockage, have it reviewed by your doctor. All the best.
