What kind urethrits?: Something doesn't compute. Urethritis (usually with discharge, +/- painful urination) usually is gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Maybe herpes if the "bump" is painful or blister like. Assuming a doctor has diagnosed urethritis, s/he probably prescribed treatment for these STDs. That's what will cure it, not fluid intake or changes in masturbation practices. Speak with doc.
