i have been drinking a lot of lemon water and now have all these little bumps on my face. they're not reddish and are not very visible can feel them.

Be specific: Do you mean some lemon juice squeezed into a glass of water? How much is "a lot"? There is nothing wonderful about this, but nothing harmful. All fruit juice has merit. "Little bumps" on your face are not related in any way.
