Barometric ear: since you can't scale the highest hill in Fla (Mt Trashmore if I recall correct), even though NJ isnt known for great hts, you are probably experiencing 'barometric ear'. Sometimes decongestants , chewing gum, guaifenesin, heat can help. If not, consult PCp for referral to ENT evaluation.
