? Unrelated: Having hives doesn't preclude you from having a stomach flu for example, or may be a side effect to a medicine you are on. As for the hives, going on for six months, you need to be evaluated by an allergist or a dermatologist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
