Yes: Studies show that lisinopril can cause drug induced Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. These studies also show that drug induced lupus caused by lisinopril is sometimes ANA negative. Good luck. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11780682
