Very Early: It may present very early, even before a woman has her first period, but more commonly not until a woman's periods start. Often presents even in young teenagers but very common for women in their 20s and 30s to seek care while ignoring pain symptoms before that time.

Anytime before menop: Endometriosis can be diagnosed in any menstruating woman from the age of 14 or 15 on up to the late 40's. Worrisome symptoms such as severe menstrual cramps and pelvic pain should be evaluated by a gynecologist, and definite diagnosis may require outpatient laparoscopy.
