Yes: The dizziness and lightheaded feeling can come from the blockage of alpha adrenergic 1 receptors so it is a fairly commonly reported side effect. I usually start at a low dose and titrate up slowly and start with the dose only at bedtime. If you continue to have symptoms, I would discuss with your prescribing physician for further management.
