Muscle pain: Are you having other symptoms such as blood in your urine, fevers or pain? Those symptoms would suggest a kidney stone. If the pain only bothers you when you press on it it's most likely muscular. Try a heating pad and ibuprofen IF it is muscular. If the pain radiates anywhere else in your abdomen or groin area,or you are having other symptoms with it, please see a doctor.
