?vascular: Perhaps a problem with blood flow circulation to the legs, termed vascular claudication. Alternatively, a nerve compression in spine or more peripherally. "scans" are not always helpful, if the area of concern was not identified. Recommend a consultation with an expert neurologist.

Could be: Stomach or duodenal ulcer which would require endoscopy to be diagnosed or it's superficial and worse with inspiration could be a rib problem such as occurs in slipped rib syndrome.
