HPV: Yes, you can donate blood. HPV infection is not a contraindication for blood donation, (at least in this part of the world). We usually don't check it before or after blood donation. It is not transferable from one person to another by blood. Mostly sexually (or when one comes in contact with infected genital fluid)

Only by sex: HPV virus is only transmitted by sexual contact if one sexual partner has this condition. It is not transfered by Blood transfusion as virus does not enter the blood . So any one with HPV infection can donate blood and blood is not tested for HPV. It is safe for you to donate blood
