See gastroenterology: need better evaluation esp esophageal manometry, pH study (to assess when and how much reflux, also rule out alkaline reflux) beforehand to assess candidacy for fundoplication, nonsurgical eg Stretta, or simply continued proton pump inhibitor. Happy to consult re workup and options
