Piles = hemorrhoids: Once piles (hemorrhoids) develop, there is no way to make them go away or to get rid of them, short of some procedure, whether surgery or banding. Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/hemorrhoids/ds00096 for more info. However, you can try to prevent them (from getting worse) by eating high fiber diet, drinking lots of fluids & exercising regularly, in order to prevent constipation.

High fiber: Generally speaking, you can't get rid of hemorrhoids without surgery. However, by increasing the fiber in your diet, you can greatly reduce the size and severity of hemorrhoids and their symptoms. Eating a large bowl of unprocessed whole wheat bran (miller's bran) or taking psyllium seed like metamucil will achieve this. You want to take in at least 30 grams of fiber daily.
