Well,....: That is ultimately a question that only you can answer,..in so much as if the pain is tolerable and you are able to function "relatively" normal, than it is ok to wait. If the pain is not bearable, it is getting worse, any fever associated with it, then se the Dr. more emergently. Best wishes.

Can't tell: It appears that your appt will be in tomorrow and thus it is your choice to wait or not depending on your pain tolerance. If the appt is not that close, I would have advised going to the ER.
