Allergies?: Recurrent sinus pressure is usually allergy-related. If it's seasonal or happens more often around dust/mold or indoors, then that further suggests allergies. The most effective therapy for frequent allergy-related nose/sinus issues is an over-the-counter nasal steroid spray such as fluticasone (Flonase) or try a Netti Pot (sinus washing with salt water). Antihistamines have can a role as well.
