Quite probably: It is spring in the United States, i assume it is spring where you are lots of things are in bloom. As a result, seasonal allergies are peaking as pollen is being released by trees and flowers. Fluid accumulation in the sinuses certainly will put pressure on the nasal cavity. An antihistamine might be in order like Claritin as well as a saline nasal rinse, "netti pot".

Sinuses would: Create pressure in forehead, cheeks or bridge of nose and is persistent not on and off. Nasal turbinate inflammation is closer to that which you are complaining. Try Pseudoephedrine 30 mg 2-3 times daily if no cntraindications exist. That should help the situation within a couple days.
