Bells Palsy ? : Much of this sounds like symptoms of sinus congestion, which can be treated with nasal decongestants, Augmenting or Zithromax for antibiotics, and if severe, nasal inhaled steroids to reduce swelling and congestion. If you have facial pain or numbness over the cheeks or side of the face, you may have a viral illness called Bells Palsy- see your GP for more answers
