Steroid cream: Worth trying course of prescription strength steroid cream such as betamethasone valerate 0.1% or Kenalog (triamcinolone). Apply twice daily to tight area for a few weeks. Could also consider a modified circumcision, leaving most of foreskin, this gives better cosmetic result than prepucioplasty.
