Usually a waste of $: There are countless products being sold [maybe a million] to "help your health". Unless a product [the EXACT product, accurately dosed, confirmed in purity] has been proven to be effective by several separate research studies, one doesn't know that it even works. Then, studies have to show the product is not harmful, and does not interact with other common foods, drugs, or medical conditions.
