I would NOT: First, the benefits are questionable, the claims are exaggerated if not downright fraudulent. Next, there are no good safety studies with pregnancy. Especially in early pregnancy you want to eliminate any medicines not specifically prescribed by the OB. "Natural" does not mean useful and does not mean safe. Many things known to cause birth defects are "natural". I would do without it.

YES: Unlike most medicines and herbs, which tend to have questionable or unproven safety in pregnancy, homeopathic medicines are very safe to take during pregnancy. You might also want to take Vitamin C 500 mg 4x/day and zinc acetate lozenges 3x/day. If the Cold'n Cough does not help you might want to try an individualized remedy.
