PG cold relief: Robitussin DM (guaifenesin and dextromethorphan) or sudafed are safe during second trimester of pregnancy.

Acetaminophen: It is recommended that acetaminophen can be taken for body aches and fever. The cold may last longer than usual but should not tax a healthy lady otherwise. You can probably take some cough medicine but check with your doctor first. Some physicians feel there are some products you can take and thing should not. Best wishes.
