Perianal Abscess: You may have a perianal abscess, you can visit a general surgeon or a general surgeon who specializes in colorectal surgery. The MD will give you a full exam, and possibly incise and drain any infection and treat you. Arizona is a pretty big state, but if you are on the internet you can use Google to find a surgeon near you. Good luck.
