Acne pustules: Exact diagnosis requires exam, best by dermatologist. OK to squeeze out superficial pustules. This does not cause scars nor does it spread the acne. Clean off the mirror after. Best treatment best determined by dermatologist. Tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide, and spironolactone come to mind.
