So my friend has been getting black outs like she stands still and drifts off and she says she can't see anything but she can still hear. what is it?

See your Neurologist: When we hear "black outs", we think of passing out or loss of consciousness. This can be due to excessively slow heart rate, low blood pressure or low blood sugar. Or this can be due to seizure/epilepsy though not all seizures lead to loss of consciousness. Bottom line, your friend needs to have her parents/guardian take her to see her FamilyDoc or Pediatrician who can refer to a Neurologist.
